You will need:
1 cup oats.
1 cup whole wheat flour or protein powder of choice
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
3 bananas (mashed)
1 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup brown sugar or stevia/trivia
1/4 cup honey (optional, if you want more sweetness)
You will have to:
Mix all ingredients vigorously until blessed well.
Pour into greased muffin pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until firm!
