Dairy Free Crustless Guilt Free Pumpkin Pie

This is my original recipe for Fall and Thanksgiving-  or anytime I'm craving pumpkin pie! It's healthier than regular pumpkin pie and you can enjoy it without the guilt! Please note that this is also dairy free!

You will need:
One can Libbys pumpkin purée.
1/2 cup coconut or almond flour
One egg. 
1 cup Stevia (or brown sugar if you want the real stuff)
3-4 tbsp pumpkin spice
1/2 cup coconut milk

Whip ingredients up with a spoon and pour mixture into a glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick no longer has residue when poked in the middle. 

Enjoy! It's that simple.
