Since I lost 45lbs a few years ago, people asked, how did I do it? I changed my diet. What did you eat? Primarily Paleo. In my mind, Paleo is the only way of eating! It just makes sense. Before I became pregnant, I went back to carbs-breads, wheats, grains, etc-and I felt more bloated than ever! As I started getting back into the gym, I went back to Paleo and found out I was pregnant! Since then, I have kept up a primarily Paleo diet and have actually been able to tone myself through pregnancy!
