Good morning, ladies! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I was feeling a bit under the weather yesterday so I was a bit MIA due to terrible migraines and just feeling yucky in general. My husband made me a little nest of the couch and that is where I stayed for half a day while watching my favorite show: DEXTER!

Anywho, I am feeling a ton better and back for another great, fit week.
Today, I am officially 38 weeks (woohoo!). Let's start off this week discussing comparing yourself with others.

Let's be honest. How often do YOU compare yourself with others? Maybe its in your profession or maybe its your body. Maybe its your love life or maybe even finances. Do you compare yourself with other people on a regular basis?

I used to. ALL THE TIME. Sometimes I still do. Sometimes, I will flip through an Oxygen magazine or some of type of fitness catalog and go "WHOA. I wish I had THAT body." It's okay if you do this-you are human! But have you ever thought about comparing you with...
YOU?

It is so true what they say. You are your best friend or your worst enemy. If you do not love yourself, how can others, after all? The only person you should compare yourself with or become better than was the person you were yesterday. Yes, self improvement. It gets you places, with the right mindset. If your friends have success, be happy for them. It's okay to want what they have or do or are. But don't let it eat you alive.
BE creative. BE you.
Inspire yourself.
Love yourself.
Challenge yourself.
